who the valiant spirit is for:

This is a high frequency course with prerequisites. You’re ready if…

must know how to ground

You must have a clear and reliable framework for how you ground your energy. Whether it’s connecting to the earth, anchoring into a ball of light, or another practice that works for you — your grounding must feel stable, steady, and able to support you as you fully fly.

SPIRITUAL HYGIENE ROUTINE

You need to have a consistent routine for clearing your energy. This can look different for everyone — from shamanic practices like smudging, to working with your higher self, protectors, or spirit guides who assist you.

Talk to spirit & KNOW YOU HAVE SPIRITUAL GIFTS

You already are channeling/speaking with your spirit guides/higher self aka you must know how to channel/communicate with spirit. You know you have spiritual gifts – through dream interpretation, experiences or channeled messages – but you just might not fully understand how it works yet, or you may be uncovering new abilities. You are beyond the questioning if you have them. You’re here to deepen, refine and embody them. *Ideal for recent graduates of Aisling’s Mentorship Program or Channeling Course, or similar psychic programs/trainings.
